Refund Policy

At WeddingQR, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If no photos or videos are uploaded via your event QR code within 7 days of your event date, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• No media uploads must be detected within 7 days of your event date.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your event date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@weddingqr.codes with your event name and purchase details.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
